Last night I heard the announcer discussing how Joe Thornton was drafted 22-years ago by Boston, and still hasn't won a Stanley Cup...


Notice he is 39-years-old.


If the Stanley Cup is to begin May 27, 2019, that will be a span of 37-days from his 40th birthday.
